NERLITE Diffuse On-Axis Light (DOAL®) provides diffuse, uniform illumination for flat, specular surfaces. “V2” models provide up to twice the light intensity of their predecessors, are passively-cooled and suitable for clean room use.

MAXlite-50
MAXlite-50 Multi-Axis Illuminators are designed for applications requiring a combination of lighting geometries. The MAXlite combines on-axis and dark field lin one package, simplifying integration by allowing one lighting unit to address a variety of applications. MAXlites can be used with continuous or variable power supplies. With variable intensity, each axis is individually adjustable by a potentiometer or controllable by the vision system through an analog input.
MAXlite-75
Product Description: The MAXlite-75-LED (Multi-Axis Illuminator) is designed for applications requiring a combination of lighting geometries. Square Continuous Diffuse (SCDI®) and dark-field illumination are combined in one package with the MAXlite-75-LED. Integration is simplified through the use of a single lighting unit that employs multiple lighting techniques to address a variety of demanding applications. Integrate NER’s Strobe Control Module (SCM) with the MAXlite-75-LED Red Strobe, or configure one of NER's continuous or variable intensity power supplies with the MAXlite-75-LED Red Continuous. When configured with a variable intensity supply, each light axis is individually adjustable by a potentiometer or controllable by the vision system through an analog input.
Nerlite DOAL-100
DOAL® -100-LED Series provides diffuse illumination in the same optical path as the camera. The DOAL is designed for applications that have flat specular surfaces requiring uniform lighting. With the DOAL, light rays reflect off the beam splitter directly on to the object at nearly 90°. This lighting technique helps bring out surface textures, elevation changes.
Nerlite DOAL-25 & DOAL-25-FO
DOAL-25-LED Series products provide diffuse, LED illumination in the same optical path as the camera. DOALs are designed for applications that have flat specular surfaces requiring uniform lighting. With the DOAL, light rays hit the illuminated object at nearly 90°. The result: specular surfaces perpendicular to the camera appear illuminated, while surfaces at an angle to the camera appear dark.

The DOAL-25-FO provides diffuse illumination in the same optical path as the camera. The DOAL is designed for applications that have flat specular surfaces requiring uniform lighting. Requires fiber optic light source and light guide.
Nerlite DOAL-50 V2
DOAL-50 “V2” Series LED Illuminators provide diffuse illumination in the same optical axis as the camera. “V2” (Version 2) DOAL’s provide up to twice the light intensity of their predecessors, are passively-cooled (no fans) and suitable for clean room environments. The DOAL is designed for applications that have flat specular surfaces requiring uniform lighting. With the DOAL, light rays reflect off the beam splitter directly on to the object at nearly 90°. This lighting technique helps bring out surface textures, elevation changes and translucent features.
Nerlite DOAL-75
The DOAL-75-LED provides diffuse illumination in the same optical path as the camera. The DOAL is designed for applications that have flat specular surfaces requiring uniform lighting. With the DOAL, light rays reflect off the beam splitter directly on to the object at nearly 90°. This technique brings out surface textures, elevation changes and translucent features. DOAL-75- plus models feature an increased LED count for greater intensity.
