The ICM-1, M/D, (Intensity Control Module - 1 Channel, Manual/Digital) provides a single channel alternative to our VPS (Variable Power Supply) for all continuous NER LED lights requiring < 3 amps of current (2A for 24 Volt model). The ICM-1 delivers precise lighting intensity control through either manual or digital adjustment modes (switch selectable at the unit). In manual mode, light intensity is adjusted by a potentiometer that is accessible through a port in the side of the unit. In digital mode, intensity is controlled from a vision system through digital signaling (standard 5V TTL), offering precise adjustment through a 100 step range. The ICM's digital mode provides the foundation for a system-level feedback loop, wherein the vision system can adjust light intensity without user intervention, automatically compensating for changing illumination needs (e.g. multiple parts on a line, each with varying surface features). A DC power supply is required (see Standard Power Supplies list).

The PP600 lighting controller provides repeatable intensity control of LED lighting for machine vision applications. Itincludes the power regulation, intensity control, timing and triggering functions required for machine vision systems.

The PP610 lighting controller provides PC or PLC control of LED lighting for machine vision applications. It includesthe power regulation, intensity control, timing and triggering functions required for machine vision systems.

The NERLITE Power Supply Series includes the CPS-12 which provides continuous 12 VDC power. For continuous 24VDC power, choose either the CPS-24 with “flying leads” or the CPS-24T with 9 pin D-sub output connector. The VPS-II (Variable Power Supply) provides two independent channels of variable DC output. The VPS-II is used for either two separate lights or one light requiring two power sources. Intensity adjustment of light powered by the VPS-II is accomplished manually (lockabled knobs) or via the analog input. All NERLITE Power Supplies come with a 1.8M (6ft.) AC power cable.
